Privacy Policy
Who we are
Lifesoulgarden is a mobile plant shop based in Chino Hills, California. This page explains what we collect when you use lifesoulgarden.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. If anything here is unclear, email nerissa@lifesoulgarden.com and we will answer you directly.
What we collect, and when
We only collect what we need in order to reply to you, take a booking, or sell a ticket.
- When you send us a message, ask about a custom order, or request a workshop quote: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
- When you buy tickets: your name, email address and phone number, plus the name of each person attending. Your card details go straight to Stripe — they never reach us and we never store them.
- When you join our newsletter: your first name, last name and email address.
- When you browse the site: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records which pages were visited and roughly which region the visit came from. If you decline, none of that is collected.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. These companies handle parts of it on our behalf, and only for the job named:
- Stripe — takes payment for tickets.
- Constant Contact — sends our newsletter and holds the subscriber list.
- Resend — sends your confirmation emails and the notifications that reach us.
- Cloudflare — runs the spam check on our forms.
- Google Analytics — counts visits, and only if you accept cookies.
- Vercel and Supabase — host the website and its database.
- Instagram — when our feed is connected, the photos on our home page load from Meta’s servers, which means Meta can see your IP address.
How long we keep it
Messages and quote requests are kept while we are talking and afterwards as a record of the job. Ticket and order records are kept for our accounts. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is held by Google for about 13 months and then deleted. If you would like something removed sooner, ask us.
What you can ask for
- Unsubscribe — every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Change your cookie choice — use “Cookie choices” at the bottom of any page.
- A copy, a correction, or deletion — email us and we will do it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to be tracked: analytics stays switched off and we do not ask you again.
If you live in California
California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to ask for a copy of it, to ask for it to be deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email nerissa@lifesoulgarden.com.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Places on our kids’ workshops are booked by a parent or guardian.
